Abstract: | Zatímco starší jedinci z generace Z v současné době nově vstupují na trh práce, jedinci z generace Y by v roce 2025 měli tvořit až ¾ pracovní síly. |

Abstract: | While older individuals of Generation Z are now entering the labour market, individuals of Generation Y should already be a significant part of the labour force by 2025. Organizations will have to adapt their working environment and corporate culture to the expectations of young incoming applicants, and organizations are already encouraged to make changes and prepare for the entry of a new generation. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the behaviour and expectations of individuals in the Czech labour market and to understand the differences between these generations using specific research conducted by a questionnaire survey. The results confirmed that one of the most important factors for the young generation is the possibility of flexible working hours to achieve work-life balance. At the same time, the young generation is interested in gaining sufficient experience despite lower salary to have something to offer to their future employers. However, according to the research, Czech respondents still use traditional e-recruitment methods instead of modern methods. |
