| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení strategické analýzy společnosti Madeta a.s., která poslouží jako základ pro navržení strategických doporučení pro budoucí prosperitu podniku a upevnění pozice na trhu s mléčnými výrobky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části budou specifikovány metody a postupy jednotlivých modelů, které budou v části praktické následně aplikovány na zvolený podnik. Získané poznatky ze strategické analýzy budou na závěr využity k formulaci strategických doporučení podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the company Madeta a.s. The analysis will serve as a basis for proposing strategic recommendations for a future prosperity of the company and strengthening its position in the dairy market. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will specify the methods and procedures of individual models, which will then, in the practical part, be applied to the selected company. The knowledge gained from the strategic analysis will be used to formulate strategic recommendations for the company. |
