| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení, zda jsou investice do vyspělosti projektového managementu z hlediska hodnocení nákladové stránky finanční výkonnosti výhodné i v odvětví automobilového průmyslu na území České republiky. Tato práce je rozdělena na tři části: teoretickou, metodologickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na projektový management včetně vhledu do České republiky, jeho vyspělost a vyhodnocování výhodnosti zvyšování vyspělosti. Metodologická část je věnována popisu výzkumu, sběru dat a identifikaci respondentů. V empirické části jsou testovány hypotézy a navržena trasa dalších investic. Na základě získaných výsledků je v závěru navrženo možné vodítko pro firmy uvažující o projektovém managementu včetně jeho adaptace pro Českou republiku |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate whether investments in project management maturity pays off considering the reduction of future costs in automotive industry in the Czech Republic. This thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, methodological and empiric. The theoretical part is focused on project management including the situation in Czech Republic, maturity and whether it is profitable to invest in maturity. The methodological part is dedicated to description of research, data collection and identification of respondents. The empiric part consists of hypotheses testing and creating the road map for investment. In the conclusion, based on findings, a guide customized for the Czech Republic for all companies which are taking into consideration implementation of project management is formulated. |
