| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu na horolezeckou stěnu v Plzni. V první části práce je teoreticky objasněna problematika podnikání a tvorby podnikatelského plánu. V návaznosti jsou vysvětleny také analýzy trhu, zákazníků a konkurence. V neposlední řadě do teoretické části spadá výklad pojmů SWOT analýza, mise a vize, Business Model Canvas a Lean Canvas. Praktická část práce se věnuje samotnému podnikatelskému plánu, jehož náplní je realizace horolezeckého centra. Podklady pro tvorbu podnikatelského plánu byly získávány skrze vlastní komunikaci s kompetentními osobami v oboru, rešerši potřebných informací a vlastní výpočty. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky práce, které interpretují, že se jedná o životaschopný business v případě pokrytí počáteční investice. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for a climbing gym in Pilsen. The first part of the thesis theoretically clarifies the issues of business and business plan creation. Subsequently, there are also explained analyses of the market, customers, and competitors. Lastly the theoretical part includes an explanation of the terms SWOT analysis, mission and vision, Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas. The practical part of the work is devoted to the business plan itself, the content of which is the implementation of a climbing centre. Through my own communication with competent persons in the field, search for the necessary information and own calculations the data for the creation of the business plan were obtained. In the end, the results of the work are summarized, which interpret that it is a viable business, when covering the initial investment. |
