| Abstract: | Podle posledních aktuálních dat Češi kupují více zmrzliny a rádi si připlatí i za prémiové produkty. Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na prodej Shave ice – produktu, který je kombinací zmrzliny, ledové tříště a ovocných šťáv. V teoretické části se zabýváme začátky podnikání, motivací, nápady, financováním, legislativou, business modely a marketingem. V praktické části sestavujeme konkrétní podnikatelský plán. Na základě online dotazníku analyzujeme spotřební trh a skrze mystery shopping vybranou přímou konkurenci. Sestavujeme business model, marketingovou strategii a finanční plán. Analyzujeme dodavatele a rizika. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení realizovatelnosti tohoto podnikatelského plánu. |

| Abstract: | According to the latest current data, Czechs buy more ice cream and are happy to pay extra for premium products. The goal of this thesis is to compile a business plan for the sale of Shave ice - a product that is a combination of ice cream, crushed ice and fruit juices. In the theoretical part we are concerned with the beginnings of entrepreneurship, motivation, ideas, financing, legislation, business models and marketing. In the practical part we compile a specific business plan. Based on an online questionnaire, we analyze the consumer market and through mystery shopping we analyze selected direct competition. We compile a business model, marketing strategy and financial plan. We analyze suppliers and risks. The result of the work is an evaluation of the feasibility of this business plan. |
