| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pracovní motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je analyzovat pracovní motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců, a tím tak přispět ke snížení jejich zvýšeného absentismu v práci. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmy absentismus, pracovní motivace a pracovní spokojenost. V metodologické části popisuji organizaci výzkumu a sestavení dotazníkového šetření, prostřednictvím kterého je tohle téma zkoumáno. V praktické části jsou analyzovány výsledky z dotazníkového šetření. Na základě této analýzy jsou uvedena doporučení pro vybranou společnost, která by měla přispět ke zvýšení pracovní motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců a ke snížení jejich zvýšeného absentismu v práci. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of work motivation and employee satisfaction in a selected company. The aim of this work is to analyze the work motivation and satisfaction of employees and thereby contribute to reducing their increased absenteeism at work. In the theoretical part I describe the concepts of absenteeism, work motivation and job satisfaction. In the methodological part I describe the organization of research and the compilation of a questionnaire survey, through which this topic is researched. The practical part analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey. Based on this analysis, recommendations for a selected company are given, which should contribute to increasing work motivation and employee satisfaction and reducing their increased absenteeism at work. |
