| Abstract: | Obsahem bakalářské práce je strategická analýza společnosti Svijany a.s. a na jejím základě budou vytvořená doporučení pro strategické rozhodování. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je popsána terminologie a dále jsou zde představeny a popsány metody strategické analýzy. Ty jsou poté aplikovány v praktické části. Ke zhodnocení silných, slabých stránek, příležitostí a ohrožení se využívá PESTEL analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, VRIO analýza, finanční analýza, SWOT analýza a poté jsou vytvořeny scénáře vývoje tohoto prostředí. Na závěr jsou na základě zjištěných informací vydána doporučení pro budoucí strategii podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is an implementation of the strategic analysis of the company Svijany a.s. Thesis consisist theoretical part, where concepts and metohds of strategic analysis are explained. In the next part, strategic analysis is executed Knowledge from therotical part is applied in this part. PESTEL analysis, Porter's five forces model, VRIO analysis, financial analysis, SWOT analysis are used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, After that scenarios of possible environment are developer and covers some future possibilities. Finally, based on the information obtained, recommendations for the future strategy of the company are issued. |
