| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma „Dopady koronavirové krize na růstové podnikání a kvalitu života zakladatelů“ má za cíl zmapovat důsledky pandemie na podnikatele působící v rychle rostoucím technologickém prostředí. V teoretické části je vymezeno podnikání, zmíněna jsou i specifika startupů. Významná část teorie je věnována spokojenosti v životě a faktorům, které ji ovlivňují. Následně je popsán stress management a s ním související podkapitoly, posledním tématem teorie je životospráva. Metodická část vysvětluje konstrukci dotazníku, který je složen z několika různých škál ve vztahu k jednotlivým tématům. V praktické části je analyzován získaný vzorek 68 respondentů v rámci dotazníkového šetření. V této pasáži jsou dále vyhodnoceny výzkumné otázky, které byly stanoveny na základě teorie. |

| Abstract: | The Master´s Thesis on the topic of "The Impacts of The Coronavirus Crisis on The Startup Entrepreurship and Quality of Life of The Founders" aims to map the consequences of the pandemic on entrepreneurs operating in a rapidly growing technological environment. The theoretical part defines business, mentioned are also the specifics of startups. A significant part of the theory is devoted to life satisfaction and the factors that affect it. Subsequently, stress management and related subchapters are described, the last topic of the theory is regimen. The methodological part explains the construction of the questionnaire, which consists of several different scales in relation to individual topics. In the practical part the obtained sample of 68 respondents is analyzed within the questionnaire survey. |
