| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat současný stav trhu práce v České republice a zasadit ho do evropského kontextu. Díky literární rešerši představit generace zaměstnanců, které na trhu práce působí. Seznámit s principy age managementu a jak lze napomoci efektivnímu mezigeneračnímu fungování. S ohledem na aktuální situaci ve světě spojenou s pandemií nastínit její možné dopady na trh práce. Dále poukázat na změny, které nové technologie přinášejí na pracoviště a jak to ovlivňuje procesy. V neposlední řadě poukázat na aktuální trendy. V praktické části této práce pak ověřit teoretické poznatky v praxi pomocí vlastního výzkumu. Pro získání dat byla použita kvantitativní výzkumná metoda, konkrétně dotazníkové šetření provedené na zástupcích generace X, Y a Z. V závěrečné části jsou získaná data analyzována a interpretována. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výstupy výzkumu a předložena doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis aims to describe the current state of the labour market in the Czech Republic and to place it in the European context. Thanks to literary search, introduce generations of employees who work in the labour market. To get acquainted with the principles of age management and how to help effective intergenerational functioning. Concerning the current situation in the world associated with the pandemic, outline its possible effects on the labour market. Furthermore, to point out the changes that new technologies bring to the workplace and how it affects processes. Last but not least, point out the current trends. In the practical part of this work, verify the theoretical knowledge in practice using my own research. To obtain the data, a quantitative research method was used, specifically a questionnaire survey conducted on representatives of the X, Y and Z generations. In the final part, the obtained data are analysed and interpreted. At the end of the work, the results of the research are summarized and recommendations are presented. |
