| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzování procesů výběru a získávání zaměstnanců ve firmě Lindt & Sprűngli CEE s.r.o. a na základě této analýzy navrhnout vhodná doporučení. Práce je dělena do dvou hlavních částí, a sice části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce čerpá z odborné literatury a vymezuje pojmy tvořící nezbytný základ týkající se výběru a získávání zaměstnanců. V praktické části se práce věnuje analýze procesu výběru a získávání zaměstnanců konkrétní firmy. Opírá se především o data poskytnutá vybranou společností a o vlastní dotazníkové šetření v rámci společnosti. Výstupem analýzy je vyhodnocení zmíněných procesů a návrh vlastního doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim od this diploma thesis is to analyze recruitment and selection of emloyees in Lindt & Sprűngli CEE s.r.o. company and to suggests recommendations. The thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is based on specialised literature and explaines important concepts regarding recruitment and selection of employees Practical part focuses on recruitment and selection in specific company. This part is based on iformation and data provided by company and on own survey. The outcome is evaluation of recruitment and selection of employees in the company and own recommendations which can help to improve these processes. |
