| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu polyfunkčního objektu Radost v Praze 3-Žižkov a možnostmi jeho lepšího využití. Zastarale vyhlížející památkově chráněný objekt z roku 1934 zákazníky příliš neláká ani nabízenými službami, a to i přes lukrativní umístění v blízkosti centra Prahy. Cílem práce je návrh jeho možného efektivnějšího využití na základě výsledků kvalitativního (individuální hloubkové rozhovory) a kvantitativního výzkumu (dotazníkové šetření). Stejně jako u zde popsaných komerčních objektů obdobného typu (Myslbek, Quadrio, Drn, Palladium), zvýšení funkčnosti a ziskovosti objektu Radost souvisí především s jeho revitalizací. Výsledky výzkumu přinášejí konkrétní praktické podněty pro jeho lepší využití, které by přispělo ke spokojenosti obyvatel a bylo v souladu s trvale udržitelným rozvojem této části Prahy. |

| Abstract: | The Master’s thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of the multifunctional building Radost in Prague 3-Žižkov and the possibilities of its better use. The obsolete-looking listed building from 1934 does not attract customers even with the services offered, despite its lucrative location near the Prague centre. The objective of the thesis is to propose its possible more effective use based on the results of qualitative (individual in-depth interviews) and quantitative research (questionnaire survey). Like in the herein described commercial objects of a similar type (Myslbek, Quadrio, Drn, Palladium), the increase of functionality and profitability of the Radost building is associated mainly with its revitalization. The research results provide specific practical suggestions for its better use, which would enhance local inhabitants’ satisfaction and contribute to sustainable development of this Prague quarter. |
