| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce řeší otázku cizinců-podnikatelů na českém trhu práce. Hlavním cílem je zhodnocení jejich postavení. Současně jsou v praktické části na základě analýzy odborných zdrojů uvedeny příčiny pracovní migrace, dopady ekonomické aktivity migrantů, podmínky jejich pobytu a podnikání. Praktická část vyhodnocuje skladbu cizinců-podnikatelů pomocí dat dostupných z oficiálních databází Českého statistického úřadu a jiných státních institucí, a to včetně rozdělení podle věku, státní příslušnosti a dalších charakteristik. Následně je pozornost věnována vlivu hospodářských cyklů na počet zahraničních podnikatelů a zaměstnanců. Nakonec jsou uvedeny hloubkové rozhovory s podnikateli, jejichž cílem bylo získání unikátní informací a zkušeností z první ruky. V závěru je představena charakteristika postavení cizinců – podnikatelů na českém trhu práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis analyzes the problem of foreigners-entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic. The main goal is to evaluate their position on the Czech labor market. At the same time, in the theoretical part, which is based on the analysis of reference works, the attention is focused on the main drivers of labor migration, the impact of economic activity of migrants, the terms of their stay and entrepreneurship. The practical part evaluates the structure of foreigners-entrepreneurs, using data available from the official databases of the Czech Statistical Office and other state institutions, and includes dividing of migrants by age, nationality and other characteristics. Afterwards, the attention is paid to the impact of economic cycles on the number of foreign entrepreneurs and employees. Finally, there is a discussion on the in-depth interviews with entrepreneurs, whose aim was to get some unique information and personal experience. Finally, the characteristics of the position of foreigners-entrepreneurs on the Czech labor market are presented. |
