| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá objevováním a vyhodnocováním podnikatelských příležitostí veměstě Kladno. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout postup objevování příležitostí a ten využítk identifikaci atraktivních podnikatelských příležitostí na trhu volnočasových aktivit v Kladně.Takto identifikované příležitosti jsou následně doporučeny k podrobnějšímu rozpracovánív podobě podnikatelského plánu. Pro dosažení stanoveného cíle je využita analýzapodnikatelských příležitostí, která se skládá z výzkumu primárních i sekundárních dat. Dalšímcílem práce je identifikace nejvýznamnějších charakteristik a poskytnutí komplexního pohleduna daný trh. Navržený postup pro objevování a hodnocení podnikatelských příležitostí můžesloužit jako vzor či doporučení pro podnikatele vyhledávající nové příležitosti. |

| Abstract: | The Master’s Thesis deals with identification and evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunities inKladno. The main goal is to propose an opportunity identification procedure and apply it toidentify attractive entrepreneurial opportunities on the market of leisure time activities inKladno. These opportunities are recommended for further development as detailed businessplan. To achieve this goal it is used business opportunity analysis, which consists of researchof primary and secondary data. Another goal of this thesis is identification of the most importantcharacteristics and create comprehensive view of the market. This proposed procedure ofopportunity identification and evaluation can be used as a pattern or recommendation forentrepreneurs looking for new opportunities. |
