| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zpoplatněním silniční infrastruktury ve Španělsku. Práce obsahuje základní informace o důvodech a způsobech zpoplatnění pozemních komunikací, přičemž je kladen důraz na systémy elektronického mýtného (EFC). V další části práce je obsaženo seznámení s infrastrukturou dané země a je podrobně rozebrán způsob výběru mýta ve Španělsku. Následuje představení španělského EFC systému s názvem VIA-T. Nedílnou součástí práce je téma interoperability elektronických mýtných systémů a nechybí kapitola o Evropské službě elektronického mýtného systému (EETS). Na tuto část navazuje přehled o aktuálních řešeních interoperability na úrovni EU a taková, která se dotýkají právě Španělska. Závěrečná část shrnuje základní poznatky, které práce poskytla, a hodnotí aktuální možnosti interoperability. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the charging of road infrastructure in Spain. The thesis contains fundamental information regarding reasons and possibilities of road infrastructure charging, with the emphasis on electronic toll systems (EFC). Furthermore, the thesis introduces the road infrastructure of the country and discusses in detail the methods of the toll collection in Spain. The following part is dedicated to introduction of the Spanish EFC system called VIA-T. An integral part of the thesis consists of electronic fee collection interoperability and there is also a chapter about the European Electronic Toll System (EETS). This section is followed by an overview of current interoperability solutions at the EU level, especially those that affect Spain. The final part summarizes the essential findings of this thesis and evaluates the current possibilities of interoperability. |
