| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je nemovité industriální dědictví města Bratislavy a možnosti jeho dalšího využití. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje základní definice a přístupy k tématu industriálního dědictví, se zaměřením na konverzi a její výhody. Součástí teoretické části je i přehled fungování systému památkové péče na Slovensku. Praktická část se formou případových studií blíže věnuje třem bratislavským industriálním objektům, které v nedávné historii prošly konverzí. Případové studie se zaměřují na faktory, které budoucí využití objektů ovlivňují, včetně role památkové péče a zapojení občanského sektoru. Kromě případových studií jsou k analýze problematiky využity i informace z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s odborníky. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení současného přístupu i budoucnosti industriálního dědictví v Bratislavě, stejně jako návrhy na zlepšení tohoto stavu v budoucnu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to discuss industrial heritage of Bratislava and evaluate its potential for future use. The theoretical part presents basic definitions and approaches to industrial heritage, while concentrating on the concept of adaptive reuse and its benefits. The practical part consists of three case studies of industrial objects located in the city of Bratislava. The goal of these case studies is to explore the factors that define the possibilities of future use of industrial objects in Bratislava. In addition, expert interviews were conducted in order to gain further insight into the topic. In conclusion, the role of industrial heritage for the development of the city is evaluated, and ideas for improvement are proposed. |
