| Abstract: | Analyzování konkurenceschopnosti ANFILOD s.r.o. na trhu cukrářských výrobků v České republice. V této bakalářské práci byly použity metody strategické analýzy, které pomohou zjistit faktory působící na podnik jak externě, tak interně. Na konci práce budou tyto informace použity k formulaci doporučení a návrhu vhodné strategie. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část podrobně popisuje vybrané metody strategické analýzy. V praktické části tyto vybrané metody jsou aplikovány na společnost ANFILOD s.r.o. Tyto metody zahrnují PESTEL analýzu, analýzu odvětví, analýzu konkurence, Porterův model pěti sil, VRIO analýzu, finanční analýzu, Portfolio analýzu a SWOT analýzu. |

| Abstract: | Competitiveness analysis of ANFILOD Ltd. on the confectionery market of the Czech Republic. In this bachelor's thesis, methods of strategic analysis are used to help identify factors affecting the company, both external and internal. At the end of the work, this information will be used to formulate recommendations and design an appropriate strategy. This work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes in detail selected methods of strategic analysis. In the practical part, these selected methods are applied to the company ANFILOD Ltd. These methods include PESTEL analysis, industry analysis, competition analysis, Porter's five forces model, VRIO analysis, financial analysis, Portfolio analysis and SWOT analysis. |
