| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá ekonomickými aspekty pořádání kulturních akcí nestátními neziskovými organizacemi. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a zmapovány možnosti financování nestátních neziskových organizací působících v oblasti kultury. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou konkrétní nestátní neziskové organizace, a to spolku UNIMAKERS, z.s., který pořádá kulturní akci NA DEN POD ZEM. Je zmapována činnost spolku, způsob financování hlavní činnosti, struktura zdrojů a celková fundraisingová strategie na základě účetních dat a je zanalyzována spolehlivost spolku. Na základě výsledku analýzy a dat z předešlé činnosti spolku jsou navrhnuty možnosti samofinancování spolku UNIMAKERS, z.s a navrhnuta nová fundraisingová strategie. |

| Abstract: | The presented thesis describes economic aspects of organizing cultural events by non-governmental and non-profit organizations. The theoretical part explains a basic concept and maps out the possibilities to finance cultural nonprofits and non-governmental organizations. The practical part describes an analysis of a a specific non-profit organization UNIMAKERS Inc. The following are mapped out using the financial statement’s data: the Organization’s activities, structure of finances, overall fundraising strategy and its reliability. To conclude, new self-financing options and new fundraising strategy are proposed using the data analysis of past activities of UNIMAKERS Inc. |
