| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá čtyřmi vybranými oblastmi motivačních nástrojů, které jsou využívány pro vedení týmů v oboru online marketingu, konkrétně v týmech PPC specialistů. Jedná se o tyto motivační nástroje: zapojení pracovníka do týmu (engagement), práce vedoucího se specialistou, vzdělávání a benefity. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké motivační nástroje jsou využívané vedoucími pracovníky napříč PPC týmy a jsou zároveň pozitivně hodnoceny ze strany specialistů. Diplomová práce obsahuje praktická doporučení, které motivační nástroje využívat. |

These 4 areas are: engagement, leadership, education and benefits.The aim of the thesis is to find out what tools are being used across different teams and whether they are positively evaluated by the specialists. The thesis contains practical recommendations on which motivational tools should be used. |
