| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analýza uplatnění vysokoškolských absolventů na trhu práce na vybraném vzorku fakult. Na území České republiky působí velké množství veřejných i soukromých škol. Není jednoduché se v takto různorodém prostředí zorientovat, a proto považuji zvolené téma za aktuální. Teoretická část je zpracována formou literární rešerše a zaměřena na vymezení relevantních ekonomických pojmů – terciární vzdělávací systém, trh práce a nezaměstnanost. Praktická část obsahuje metodologii výběru zkoumaného vzorku, zjednodušující předpoklady pro testování a následnou analýzu vybraných fakult. Diplomová práce přehledně mapuje klesající vývoj počtu absolventů, rostoucí míru jejich následného uplatnění na pracovním trhu, růst pracovních zkušeností v průběhu studia a vyrovnanost v míře nezaměstnanosti mezi pohlavími. Práce byla sestavena na základě popisných a analytických metod a zaznamenává specifické období ekonomické konjunktury v letech 2014 až 2018. |

| Abstract: | The focus of this final master thesis is to analyze the employment rate of university graduates in the labor market in selected sample of faculties. Since there is a large number of public and private universities in the Czech Republic, orientation in such a diverse environment can be rather difficult and therefore one considers the chosen topic relevant. First two chapters are devoted to the theoretical definition of relevant economic concepts, tertiary education system, labor market, and to processing already acknowledged findings. Third chapter, practical part of this thesis, registers the methodology of sample selection, simplifying the prerequisites for testing and subsequent analysis of selected faculties. The master thesis states a decreasing trend in the number of graduates and the rate of unemployment, an increase in student’s work experiences, and equality in the rate of unemployment between genders. The master thesis was based of descriptive and analytical methods describing an economic boom from 2014 to 2018. |
