| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zpracování strategického podnikatelského plánu společnosti P3 Prague D8, kde je hlavním zaměřením vymezení pravděpodobných rizik, která by mohla ovlivnit činnost zmíněné společnosti. Data pro vymezení rizik byla shromažďována postupně pomoci analýzy PESTEL, která odráží vnější faktory působící na podnik, Porterova modelu 5 sil, který ukazuje stav na trhu a pomocí interní a finanční analýzy, která zobrazuje vnitřní prostředí. Rizika byla zjištěna pomocí souhrnu zkoumaných dat v podobě SWOT analýzy a následně vyhodnocena a zobrazena ve scénářích. Na základě provedené práce byla vypsána konkrétní doporučení pro společnost. |

| Abstract: | The master’s thesis analyses the processing of the strategic business plan of the company P3 Prague D8. Its main focus is the determination of probable risk that can affect the activity of the company. The data for the identification of the risks were incrementally collected through the PESTEl analysis that reveals the external factors acting on the firm, followed by Porter's Five Forces Model that shows the state of the market and verified through internal and financial analysis that displays the internal environment. The risks were identified by exploring the summary of the data examined in the framework of SWOT analysis and subsequently evaluated and displayed as scenarios. Drawing on the obtained results, specific recommendations for the company are proposed |
