| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu pro společnost Copywriter Crew, marketingovou agenturu, která se zaměřuje na psaní marketingových textů. Teoretická část seznamuje s pojmem podnikání a s ním související fyzickou a právnickou osobou. Vymezuje druhy podnikatelských plánů a popisuje podrobně strukturu plného podnikatelského plánu, který je zpracován v praktické části. Praktická část obsahuje popis podnikatelského záměru, analýzu trhu a zákazníků, marketingový i finanční plán a analýzu rizik a SWOT analýzu celé agentury. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the compilation of a business plan for the company Copywriter Crew, a marketing agency that focuses on writing marketing texts. The theoretical part introduces the concept of business and basic legislation. It includes the types of business plans and describes in detail the structure of a full business plan, which is elaborated in the practical part. The practical part contains a description of the business plan, market and customer analysis, marketing and financial plan and risk analysis and SWOT analysis of the entire agency. |
