| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou logistických procesů ve vybrané společnosti VŠE ZA 50, s.r.o., která na trhu vystupuje pod značkou LEVNO. Sortiment LEVNO je distribuován přes maloobchodní síť jedenácti vlastních provozoven nebo přes E-shop. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy z oblasti logistiky a obsahuje také charakteristiku logistických procesů, které jsou později analyzovány v praktické části na základě rozhovorů s managementem firmy a poskytnutých reportů. Cílem práce je zmapování aktuálního stavu procesů, nalezení slabých míst a vytvoření návrhů na vylepšení logistických procesů do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor Thesis focuses on the analysis of logistics processes in the chosen company.The name of the company is VŠE ZA 50, s.r.o. and is represented on the market by brand LEVNO. Products of LEVNO are distributed to shops or on the E-shop. The theoretical part of thesis describes basic terms of logistics and characterized logistics processes which are later analysed in the practical part of the thesis based on interviews with management of the company and provided reports. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state of processes in the company, identify their weaknesses and to suggest possible improvements of logistics processes for the future. |
