| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je formulace návrhů opatření či změn marketingové komunikace společnosti XY. Jejich aplikace povede ke zefektivnění náborového procesu společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny nástroje týkající se marketingu, marketingové komunikace a náboru. V praktické části jsou tyto nástroje využity k analýze náborového procesu společnosti XY. Součástí analýzy je zmapování náborového procesu, zmapování marketingové komunikace a dotazníkové šetření vedoucí k identifikací silných a slabých stránek marketingové komunikace společnosti. Na základě této analýzy jsou formulovány návrhy opatření, které může společnost XY v budoucnu využít v praxi. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to formulate proposals of measures or changes in the marketing communication of the company XY. Their application will lead to streamlining the company's recruitment process. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the tools related to marketing, marketing communication and recruitment. In the practical part, these tools are used to analyze the recruitment process of the company XY. The analysis includes mapping the recruitment process, mapping marketing communication and a questionnaire survey leading to the identification of strengths and weaknesses of the company's marketing communication. Based on this analysis, proposals of measures usable in practice are formulated. |
