| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá připraveností subjektů na českém trhu na proces digitalizace. V teoretické části je popsán Průmysl 4.0, jehož je digitalizace důležitou součástí, a je zde uvedena rovněž historie předcházejících průmyslových revolucí, na něž navazuje. Kromě charakteristiky Průmyslu 4.0 je také popsána role firem v něm. Dále se již práce věnuje samotné digitalizaci, vymezení s ní souvisejících základních pojmů a popsání pro ni nutných technických předpokladů. Významný díl teoretické části práce je věnován dopadům digitalizace na trh práce a na vzdělání.V praktické části práce je prováděna analýza jednotlivých ukazatelů vypovídajících o připravenosti domácností, jednotlivců a firem na proces digitalizace. Analýza vychází ze sekundárních dat pocházejících především z databází Českého statistického úřadu a Eurostatu. V rámci jednotlivých ukazatelů je nejprve ve většině případů zkoumán jejich časový vývoj a popsána současná situace, dále dochází k jejich mezinárodnímu srovnání s ostatními státy Evropské unie. Získané poznatky, spolu s případnými doporučeními ke zlepšení připravenosti v rámci jednotlivých ukazatelů, jsou shrnuty v závěru práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the preparedness of subjects on the czech labor market for the digitization process. The theoretical part describes Industry 4.0, of which digitization is an important part, as well as history of previous industrial revolutions, which it builds on. In addition to the characteristics of Industry 4.0, the role of companies in it is also described. Furthermore, the work deals with digitization itself, the definition of related basic concepts and description of the necessary technical prerequisites. A significant part of the theory of the thesis is devoted to the effects of digitization on the labor market and education.In the thesis´s practical part, an analysis of individual indicators indicating the readiness of households, individuals and companies for the digitization proces is performed. The analysis is based on secondary data originating mainly from the databases of the Czech Statistical Office and Eurostat. Within the individual indicators, in the most cases their time development is examined and also the current situation is described. Then they are compared internationally with other European Union countries.The acquired knowledge, together with prospective recommendations for improving preparedness within individual indicators, are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis. |
