| Abstract: | Diplomová práce má aplikační charakter s využitím kvalitativního výzkumu. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navržení koncepce projektové kanceláře pro hybridní projektové prostředí organizace Logio s. r. o., ve které se používají tradiční, agilní a hybridní projektové přístupy. Vliv těchto moderních přístupů na roli projektové kanceláře zatím není, jak autor diplomové práce zjistil z provedené rešerše, v odborné literatuře dostatečně popsán. Pro splnění cíle diplomové práce autor nejprve uskutečnil kvalitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření na mezinárodní úrovni (n = 119), které odhalilo možné dopady moderních projektových přístupů na roli projektové kanceláře. Autor dále uskutečnil sérii rozhovorů s výběrovým vzorkem ředitelů (n = 5) projektových oddělení v Logio s. r. o. a druhé dotazníkové šetření, jehož respondenty byli zaměstnanci této organizace (n = 29), s cílem identifikovat jejich nároky a požadavky na projektovou kancelář. Výzkumem získaná data byla využita pro vytvoření implementačního modelu, jehož prostřednictvím je navržena vhodná projektová kancelář pro Logio s. r. o. |

| Abstract: | This thesis has an application character with the use of qualitative research. The main goal of this thesis is proposal of a suitable project management office concept for the hybrid project environment of the company Logio Inc., which uses traditional, agile and hybrid project management approaches. The influence of these modern project apporaches on the role of a project management office has yet to be well defined in literature, as the author of the thesis discovered during his literature review. To meet the goal of the thesis, the author first conducted qualitative research using a questionnaire at the international level (n = 119), which revealed the possible impacts of modern project approaches on the role of a project management office. The author then conducted a series of interviews with a sample of directors (n = 5) of project departments in Logio Inc. and a second questionnaire, with respondents who were employees of this organizations (n = 29), with the goal of identifying their demands and requirements for a project management office. The data obtained through the research were used to create an implementation model, through which a suitable project management office for Logio Inc. is designed. |
