| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kybernetické kriminality v organizaci. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na sociální inženýrství, při kterém podvodníci útočí na nejslabší článek zabezpečení organizace – na zaměstnance. V teoretickém základu jsou definovány pojmy kybernetické kriminality a sociálního inženýrství. Dále je pojednáno o psychologických aspektech útoku a základních preventivních krocích. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na rozbor instruktážních a výcvikových materiálů vybrané firmy, který si klade za cíl zjistit efektivitu používaných metod. V závěru práce jsou předložena možná řešení pro změnu procesu školení ve vybrané organizaci. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the problem of cybercrime in an organization. Specifically it focuses on social engineering, in which attackers target the weakest link in the organization’s security – employees. The theoretical section defines the concept of cybercrime and social engineering. Following this, the psychological aspects of the attacks and the basic preventive steps are described. The practical section is focused on the analysis of instructional and training materials of a selected company, which aims to determine the effectiveness of the methods used. The thesis concludes with some solutions for changing the training process in a selected organization. |
