| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce Srovnání hypotečních trhů v České republice a Rusku má za cíl komplexně srovnat nabídky, podmínky a regulaci hypotečních úvěrů v obou zemích. V první části bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty charakteristiky hypotečního trhu v České republice, jakými jsou například objem hypotečního trhu, úrokové sazby úvěrů či ceny nemovitostí. Druhá část zrcadlově popisuje stejné náležitosti jako první, avšak je zaměřena na Rusko. V poslední, třetí části, jsou porovnané trhy z pohledu třech bank, jak ruských, tak i českých, vybraných v kategorii banka roku, nejlepší hypoteční banka a největší banka. Nakonec je uveden modelový příklad hypotečního úvěru a srovnání jeho výpočtu a podmínek u každé z vybraných bank. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis Comparison of Mortgage Markets in the Czech Republic and Russia aims to comprehensively compare the supply, conditions and regulation of mortgage loans in both countries. The first part of the bachelor thesis summarizes the characteristics of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic, such as the volume of the mortgage market, interest rates on loans and real estate prices. The second part describes the same essentials as the first one, but is focused on Russia. In the last, third part, the markets are compared from the point of view of three banks, both Russian and Czech, selected in the category of bank of the year, the best mortgage bank and the largest bank. Finally, a model example of a mortgage loan and a comparison of its calculation and conditions in each of the selected banks are given. |
