| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem v oblasti daně z přidané hodnoty (dále jen „DPH“) na úrovni Evropské unie (dále jen „EU“) – Quick fixes. Jedná se o opatření tzv. „rychlé záplaty“ nebo jinak řečeno „dočasné záplaty“, které zavedla EU v pozměňující směrnici a nařízeních. Dále zhodnocuje implementace opatření "rychlých záplat" v České republice a ve vybraných státech EU a jakým způsobem tato opatření vedou k dosažení konečného režimu DPH. |

| Abstract: | This dissertation is about the current topic in the field of value added tax (VAT) at the European Union (EU) level - Quick fixes. This is a so-called "quick patch" or, in other words, "temporary patch", introduced by the EU in the amending directive and regulations. It also evaluates the implementation of "quick fixes" in the Czech Republic and selected EU countries and how these provisions lead to the final VAT regime. |
