| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zpracovává současný trend souběžného studia a zaměstnání. V teoretické části je nejprve rozebrán trh práce samotný s důrazem na studenty a dále vysokoškolské vzdělání. Je vysvětleno, proč je na studium pohlíženo jako na investici a zmíněna jsou také čísla pracujících studentů dle Eurostatu. Pro praktickou část je naprosto stěžejní dotazníkové šetření. Výzkum je prováděn na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze mezi studenty bakalářského stupně studia. Celkem je dotazník vyplněn 139 studenty, kteří nebyli vyloučeni první připouštěcí otázkou. Daří se zjistit, že studenti bydlící bez rodičů mají vskutku vyšší náklady, ovšem hradí je z největší části rodiče, nikoliv studenti, neboť oproti respondentům bydlícím u rodičů mají jen nepatrně vyšší výdělky. Dále se ukazuje, že čím více času studenti věnují práci, tím méně času věnují škole a tím jsou jejich studijní výsledky horší. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the current trend of simultaneous study and employment. In the theoretical part, the labor market itself is first analyzed with an emphasis on students. Then higher education is analyzed and it is explained, why study is seen as an investment, numbers of working students according to Eurostat are also mentioned. A questionnaire survey is crucial for the practical part. The research is carried out at the University of Economics in Prague among bachelor´s degree students. A total of 139 students completed the questionnaire, who were not excluded by the first admission question. It is possible to find out that students living without their parents do have higher costs, but most of them are paid by their parents, because they have only slightly higher earnings compared to respondents living with their parents. Furthermore, it turns out that the more time students devote to work, the less time they devote to school and the worse their academic results are. |
