| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku syndromu vyhoření u pedagogů na obchodních akademiích. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická, která vymezuje pojmy syndromu vyhoření, příznaky, příčiny, fáze, vyhoření v pedagogické profesi, prevenci a léčbu. Druhá část je praktická a zabývá se výzkumem zaměřeným na pedagogy na obchodních akademiích pomocí MBI dotazníku. Její cílem je zjistit míru vyhoření zkoumaného vzorku v závislosti na kraji, ve kterém se nachází a také v závislosti extroverze nebo introverze. Výsledky analyzovat a určit, jaká skupina je ohroženější. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the burnout syndrome issue of teachers at business academies. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and it defines concepts of the burnout issue, its symptoms, causes, phases, burnouts in pedagogical profession, prevention and treatment. The second part is practical and it deals with research focused on the teachers at business academies through a MBI questionnaire. The main goal of the thesis is discover the burnout rate of the examined sample depending on the region in which it is located and also depending on the extroversion or introversion. And also to further analyze the results and determine which group is more endangered. |
