| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je připravit firmu Servis elektro, Roudnice nad Labem na zavedení a certifikaci systémů jakosti podle normy ISO 9001. Jelikož náklady na získání jsou pro malou firmu příliš vysoké, pokusím se diplomovou práci doplnit údaji, pomocí kterých splním veškeré podmínky pro získání dotace z programu Rozvoj na rok 2009. Dále se budu zabývat, jakým způsobem je možné získat další finanční prostředky mimo dotaci z programu Rozvoj na certifikaci podle normy ISO 9001. Tyto možnosti se pokusím porovnat pomocí vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. Smyslem celé diplomové práce je dosažení větší konkurenceschopnosti firmy Servis elektro, se sídlem v Roudnici nad Labem. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my thesis is prepare the firm Servis elektro, Roudnice nad Labem to introduce and certificate Quality management system according to norm ISO 9001. Since costs to get certification are for a small firm too high, I try to my thesis complete of information, by means of which I realize all of conditions for get grant from program Development for year 2009. In addition I will occupy with what kind of way is possible to get other financial resources of grant from program Development to certification according to norm ISO 9001. These possibilities I try to compare between them with morecriterionel variant evaluation. Purpose of whole thesis is achieving more competitive advantage of firm Servis elektro, which resides in Roudnice nad Labem. |
