| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje vývoj trhu práce a jeho specifik v Praze v období 2008 – 2018. Teoretická část je složena ze dvou kapitol, kde první kapitola představuje pohledy na trh práce prostřednictvím významných ekonomických škol od klasické školy až po současnost a druhá kapitola se věnuje problematice nezaměstnanosti. Praktická část obsahuje kapitoly zaměřené na demografickou strukturu, průměrné hrubé mzdy, obecnou míru nezaměstnanosti a počet volných pracovních míst na jednoho nezaměstnaného v Praze v komparaci s Českou republikou. V následujících kapitolách je disproporce mezi hlavním městem a státem zachycena i u vybraných zemí, kterými jsou Německo, Rakousko, Polsko a Slovensko. Z komparace těchto údajů vyplývá závěr, že k podobné disproporci mezi státem a jeho hlavním městem dochází u všech sledovaných ukazatelů s výjimkou obecné míry nezaměstnanosti a s ním spojeným počtem volných pracovních míst na jednoho nezaměstnaného, kde hlavní města Německa a Rakouska vykazují horších výsledků než stát narozdíl od ostatních sledovaných zemí. Práce tak poskytuje jiný pohled na trh práce v hlavních městech, konkrétně jejich kondici v komparaci se zbytkem země. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor’s thesis is analysing the developments of Labour market and its specifics in Prague during the period 2008 – 2018. The theoretical part is consists from two chapters, where the first chapter is focused on the labour market from the viewpoint of major economics schools from classical school to the present and the second chapter is confused on the problem of unemployment. The practical part contains chapters focused on the demographic structure, average gross wages, the unemployment rate and the number of vacancies per unemployed in Prague in comparison with the Czech Republic. In the following chapters, the disproportion between the capital city and the state is also captured in selected countries such as Germany, Austria, Poland and Slovakia. The comparison of these data concludes that a similar disproportion between the state and its capital city occurs for all monitored indicators except for the unemployment rate ant the associated number of job vacancies per unemployed, where the capital city of Germany and Austria have worse results than the state, unlike the other monitored countries. The main contribution of this thesis is different view of the labour market in the capital city, specifically their condition in comparison with the rest of the country. |
