| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je analyzovat kontrolní postupy, které se uplatňují v rámci poskytování finančních prostředků České republice z rozpočtu Evropské unie. Práce popisuje tvorbu rozpočtu Evropské unie, zabývá se jednotlivými institucemi, které se podílejí na kontrole poskytování evropských finančních prostředků. Hlavním cílem je zanalyzovat jaký objem evropských finančních prostředků byl v ČR ve sledovaném období let 2015 - 2019 zkontrolován. Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že objem kontrolovaných prostředků ve sledovaném období se v jednotlivých letech pohyboval v rozmezí od 6,2 % do 28,3 % k celkovému objemu poskytnutých finančních prostředků z rozpočtu EU. Výsledkem je závěr, že kontrola těchto prostředků je nedostatečná. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze control methods that are applied when funds from the European Union budget are provided to the Czech Republic. The thesis descibes the creation of the European Union budget and focuses on various institutions that participate in controlling of the European funds provision. The main objective is to analyze the checked amount of the European financial funds in Czech republic during the period of 2015 – 2019. The results of the thesis show that the checked amount of the funds ranged from 6,2 % to 28,3 % to the total sum of provided financial funds from the European Union in the mentioned time period. The final result is that the control of these funds is insufficient. |
