| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu a finanční plán společnosti s ručením omezeným Sonnentor. Obsahuje tři části, ze kterých je v první části věnovaná pozornost společnosti Sonnentor, její historii a charakteristice v oblasti předmětu podnikání. V této části práce nechybí zmínka o konkurentech analyzované společnosti, se kterými se pracuje i v ostatních částech. Druhá část náleží finanční analýze, která zahrnuje řadu jednotlivých metod a modelů. Tato část vždy obsahuje na začátku stručnou metodickou část a posléze praktickou část provedenou na analyzované společnosti a konkurenčních společností. Poslední část je věnována predikci finančního plánu analyzované společnosti na nadcházející období. Závěrem je provedeno vyhodnocení a sumarizace výsledků a celkové finanční situace společnosti Sonnentor. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on a financial analysis and financial plan of limited liability company Sonnentor. This thesis contains three parts, first of which focuses on Sonnentor, its history and business characteristics. First part of the thesis mentions competitors of the analyzed company, which are further examined in following chapters. second part of the thesis attends to financial analysis, which includes a number of individual methods and models. This part contains a brief methodological section at the beginning followed by a practical section performed on the analyzed company as well as its competitors. The final part is dedicated to prediction of a financial plan of the analyzed company for the coming period. Finally, the results and overall financial situation of Sonnentor are evaluated and summarized. |
