| Abstract: | Obsah bakalářské práce je zaměřen na problematiku v oblasti pojistných podvodů a na jejich současné trendy. Úvodní část slouží k vymezení pojistného podvodu z různých pohledů, jeho členění, nastínění příčin a motivů pachatelů. Dále nechybí ani výčet preventivních opatření a prostředků boje proti pojistným podvodům včetně jejich následných dopadů na všechny účastníky pojištění. Podstatnou součástí práce tvoří analýza vývoje pojistných podvodů na českém pojistném trhu, kde významnou roli v meziročních změnách hrají zaváděná preventivní opatření a aktuální trendy. Pro konkrétnější představu jsou v práci uvedeny statistiky za roky 2016-2019 od tří vybraných tuzemských pojišťoven. Závěr práce je věnován nejen konkrétním trendům na současném pojistném trhu, týkající se zejména digitalizace a moderních ochranných nástrojů, ale i významnosti operačního rizika v celosvětovém měřítku, včetně možného vlivu geopolitického rizika SARS-CoV-2 na budoucí vývoj pojistného trhu. |

| Abstract: | The content of the bachelor thesis is focused on issues in the field of insurance fraud and their current trends. The introductory part serves to define the insurance fraud from various perspectives, its membership and an outline of the causes and motives of the perpetrators. There is also a list of preventive measures and measures against insurance fraud, including their subsequent effects on all insurance participants. A substantial part of the work is an analysis of the development of insurance fraud in the Czech insurance market, where the introduced preventive measures and current trends play an important role in the year-on-year benefits. For a specific idea, the work includes statistics for the years 2016-2019 from three selected domestic insurance companies. I expect that these are specific trends in the current insurance market, especially digitization and modern security tools, but also important risks of threats, including the possible impact of the geopolitical risk SARS-CoV-2 on future insurance market. |
