| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá navržením prediktivního modelu v rámci cen bytů s regionální působností. K dosažení požadovaného návrhu modelu bylo využito modelu ARIMA (p, d, q) a ekonometrického programu GRETL. Byla prokázána jeho vhodnost a praktická aplikace u jednotlivých regionů České republiky. Dosažené výsledky práce jsou přínosné jednak teoreticky, tak i z praktického hlediska pro odhadce nemovitostí nebo pro rozhodování podnikových a bankovních manažerů. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the design of a predictive model in the prices of apartments with regional coverage.There is a model design that can be used as a model of ARIMA (p, d, q) and the econometric program GRETL.Its suitability and practical application in individual regions of the Czech Republic have been proven. The achieved results of the work are beneficial both theoretically and from a practical point of view for real estate appraisers or for corporate and banking decisions.managers. |
