| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou kalkulace a jejich optimalizace pro zakázkovou výrobu na příkladu konkrétního stavebního podniku. Hlavním cílem práce je provedení hodnoticí analýzy a návrhů optimalizací stávajícího kalkulačního systému v daném podniku. Teoretická část je věnována obecné problematice manažerského účetnictví, zejména nákladům a jejich členění, dále kalkulacím a jejich využití pro účely řízení společnosti. V aplikační části je provedena analýza dosavadního kalkulačního systému podniku zaměřeného na stavební činnosti, přičemž data jsou získána pomocí použití metod pozorování, interview a analýzy dokumentů. Vyústěním celé práce pak je komplexní zhodnocení fungování podniku a následné předložení návrhů, které umožňují zdokonalení v oblasti manažerského účetnictví dané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is costing and its optimization for custom production on the example of a construction company. The main goal of the thesis is to perform an evaluation analysis and proposals for optimization of the existing costing system in the company. The theoretical part is devoted to general issues of management accounting, especially costs and their classification, as well as costing and its use for business management purpose. In the application part, there is performed an analysis of the existing costing system of the construction company, while the data are obtained using the methods of observation, interview and document analysis. The result of the whole thesis is a comprehensive evaluation of the operation of the company and the subsequent suggestion of proposals that allow improvement in the field of management accounting of the company. |
