| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací českého penzijního systému se singapurským penzijním systémem. ČR i Singapur jsou malé otevřené ekonomiky, které v posledních letech zažívají obdobný demografický a ekonomický vývoj. Země se ovšem liší svou historií a kulturou, z čehož vycházejí odlišné přístupy k utváření sociálního zabezpečení. V této práci je charakterizován penzijní systém v ČR a penzijní systém v Singapuru s důrazem na mandatorní složky těchto systémů. Následně jsou tyto systémy komparovány pomocí ukazatelů náhradového poměru a míry zatížení odvody s cílem zjistit, zda oba systémy naplňují princip solidarity, resp. zásluhovosti a jsou dlouhodobě udržitelné. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with Czech and Singapore pension system. Both the Czech Republic and Singapore are small open economies with similar demographic and economic progress in recent years. However, the difference between these countries is based on different history and culture, that is a reason for different approaches to the social security making. In this thesis the pension systems are characterized with emphasis on the mandatory pillars of the systems. Subsequently, the systems are compared with indicators of replacement ratio and load ratio and evaluated on the basis of the solidarity principle and sustainability. |
