| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá demografickým vývojem a změnami v zakládání rodin mezi lety 1993 až 2018 v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění dopadů těchto demografických změn na národní hospodářství a dále na udržitelnost financování penzijního systému České republiky. V teoretické části jsou dle literární rešerše vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti demografie a rodinné a sociální politiky. V praktické části je zkoumán vývoj demografických ukazatelů a změny trendů v zakládání rodin. Následně jsou určeny dopady těchto demografických změn na ekonomické ukazatele a dále na zatíženost veřejných financí. Stěžejním bodem této práce je vlastní odhad dopadů těchto demografických změn na penzijní systém až do roku 2050. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že v dnešní době je mnoho příležitostí pro realizaci a zakládání rodin tak konkuruje mnoho jiných možností, jak využít volný čas. Tyto změny rodinného trendu spolu se stárnutím populace mají zásadní dopady na národní hospodářství i penzijní systém. Dle provedeného odhadu bylo potvrzeno, že za stávajících podmínek je penzijní systém do budoucna neudržitelný. Z tohoto důvodu byla navržena možná doporučení, která by měla přispět k finančně stabilnějšímu penzijnímu systému České republiky. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with demographic development and changes in starting a family between the years 1993 and 2018 in the Czech Republic. The main goal of this thesis is to determine the impact of these demographic changes on the national economy and on the sustainability of financing the pension system of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, according to the literature research, the basic concepts of demography and family and social policy are defined. The practical part examines the development of demographic indicators and changes in trends in starting a family. Subsequently, the effects of these demographic changes on economic indicators and on the burden on public finances are determined. The main point of this work is the estimation of the impacts of these demographic changes on the pension system until 2050. Research has shown that people today have many opportunities and starting a family competes with many other ways how to use free time. These changes in the family trend, together with the aging of the population, have a major impact on the national economy and the pension system. According to the estimate made, it was confirmed that the current pension system is unsustainable in the future. For this reason, possible recommendations were proposed, which should contribute to a more financially stable pension system of the Czech Republic. |
