| Abstract: | Obsahem této diplomové práce je analyzovat postup při stanovování jednotlivých rizik v průběhu ověření účetní závěrky auditorem. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení jednotlivých druhů rizik a způsobu stanovení významnosti pro ověření účetní závěrky auditorem. Praktická část zahrnuje souvislé zdokumentování, již vymezených rizik z teoretické části, na existujícím klientovi, u kterého byl autor této práce součástí auditního týmu. |

| Abstract: | The content of this thesis is a procedure for determining individual risks during the audit of financial statements by an auditor. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of individual types of risks and how to determine the materiality for the audit of financial statements by an auditor. The practical part includes continuous documentation of already defined risks from the theoretical part on an existing client, who was co-audited by the author of this work. |
