| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou švédského důchodového systému v období 2000–2018. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě provedené analýzy posoudit možnosti využití švédských zkušeností pro důchodovou reformu v České republice. Teoretická část vymezuje základní teoretická východiska penzijních systémů a specifika švédské sociální politiky. Praktická část postupně představuje reformu, organizační strukturu, způsoby financování a konstrukci dávek švédského důchodového systému. Z analýzy vyplývá, že provedená reforma přispěla ke zlepšení finanční stability a udržitelnosti systému a zvýšila individuální zodpovědnost. I přesto systém čelí některým rizikům, která je potřeba správně identifikovat a snažit se o jejich zmírnění. V závěru jsou představeny návrhy využití určitých prvků a opatření švédského systému v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis deals with the analysis of the Swedish pension system in the period 2000–2018. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the possibility of using the Swedish framework for pension reform in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines theoretical basis of pension systems and the specifics of Swedish social policy. The practical part gradually introduces the reform, organizational structure, methods of financing and construction of benefits of the Swedish pension system. The outcome of the analysis shows that the reform has contributed to improving the financial stability and sustainability of the system and increasing individual responsibility. Nevertheless, the system faces some risks that need to be properly identified and mitigated. The final chapter discusses the proposals for the use of certain elements and measures of the Swedish system in the pension system of the Czech Republic. |
