| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce s názvem Fiskální politika České republiky a role státních účelových fondů v ní mezi lety 2008 – 2019 nabízí ucelený pohled na vývoj fiskální politiky se zaměřením na specifickou část rozpočtové soustavy – státní účelové fondy. Tato práce se zaměřuje na vývoj a strukturu státního rozpočtu a veřejných rozpočtů obecně mezi lety 2008 – 2019, neboť dané období zahrnuje celý hospodářský cyklus. V práci je analyzován vývoj příjmů a výdajů státních účelových fondů a je následně porovnáván s vývojem výdajů státního rozpočtu čímž je zjišťován vývoj jejich významu v rozpočtové soustavě České republiky. |

| Abstract: | The thesis entitled Fiscal Policy of the Czech Republic and the role of state funds in it between 2008 - 2019 offers a comprehensive view of the development of fiscal policy with a focus on a specific part of the budget system - state funds. This thesis focuses on the development and structure of the state budget and public budgets in general between 2008 - 2019, as the period includes the entire economic cycle. The work analyzes the development of revenues and expenditures of state funds and is then compared with the development of state budget expenditures, which determines the development of their importance in the budget system of the Czech Republic. |
