| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení uplatnění absolventů středních a vysokých škol na trhu práce v Libereckém kraji a ověření předpokladu, že nejlepší uplatnění na trhu práce mají absolventi vysokých škol. V teoretické části jsou popsány a definovány pojmy související s trhem práce, lidským kapitálem a vzděláváním. V praktické části se práce zabývá analýzou trhu práce v Libereckém kraji pomocí dat získaných především z Českého statistického úřadu a MPSV. Druhou metodou je analýza dat získaných od respondentů pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Z daných analýz bylo porovnáním skupin středoškoláků a vysokoškoláků zjištěno, že lepší uplatnění mají uchazeči s vysokoškolským vzděláním. Nejhůře uplatnitelnou skupinou jsou pak středoškoláci s výučním listem i maturitou, následovanou středoškolským vzděláním s maturitou (bez vyučení). Práce přináší budoucím absolventům a novým uchazečům o zaměstnání lepší přehled o aktuální situaci na trhu práce a díky tomu jim může pomoci s rozhodováním o jejich kariéře. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate employment of graduates of high school and university on the labour market in Liberec region and to verify an assumption that university graduates have the best employment on the labour market. Concepts which are related with the labour market, human capital and education are described in the theoretical part. In the practical part, the labour market in Liberec region is analysed using the data from CZSO and Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Analysis of the data obtained from survey responses is the second method used in the practical part of the thesis. By comparing the high school and the university graduates it was discovered that the university graduates have better employment. High school graduates with vocational certificate and graduation and high school graduates (without vocational certificate) are the two groups with the worst employment. The bachelor thesis brings better overview of actual situation on the labour market for the future graduates and the new job candidates and it can help them with decisions concerning their future career. |
