| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá suburbanizačními procesy a zkoumáním vlivu tří nejvýznamnějších producentů automobilového průmyslu u nás na vývoj počtu obyvatel v daných správních obvodech za období 2008 až 2018. Sledovaná perioda pokrývá dobu ekonomické krize i post-krizové období. Teoretickou část tvoří rešeršní analýza celé problematiky, dále suburbanizační příčiny i dopady v České republice i v zahraničí, a také souvislosti mezi vazbou hospodářského cyklu na suburbanizaci. K pozorování suburbanizačního vývoje a územního rozšiřování jsou použity metody sledující vývoj populačního růstu, migrační bilance, bytové výstavby a indexu zastavěných ploch ve vybraných spádových obcích a jádrových městech. Z celkového shrnutí vyplývá, že ve správních obvodech neprobíhají procesy suburbanizace stejně intenzivně. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis reflects the processes of suburbanization and examines the influence of the most significant producers of automotive industry on the development of population in the administrative districts during the period of economic crisis and post-crisis period. The theoretical part consists of research analysis of the whole issue, then it deals with causes and impacts on suburbanization in our country and abroad. It also studies the connection between the economic cycle and suburbanization. The practical part is based on observation of suburbanization development and urban sprawl. The specific methods are used for monitoring the population growth, migration balance, number of housing construction and also the index of built-up areas in selected core cities and hinterlands. The overal summary results that the processes of suburbanization do not reach same intensity in the selected municipalities of administrative districts. |
