| Abstract: | Záměrem bakalářské práce bylo identifikovat nejvýznamnější developerské společnosti, které realizují výstavbu nových bytů a rezidenčních staveb v Praze a prověřit postavení společnosti CENTRAL GROUP a. s. Z desítky nejlepších společnosti jsem čtyři podrobil finanční analýze a vypočítal základní finanční ukazatele.Touto prací jsem potvrdil, že CENTRAL GROUP a.s. nepatří mezi nejlepší developerské společnosti pouze na základě počtu prodaných bytů, ale i základní ukazatele finanční analýzy poukazují na její dobré finanční zdraví a efektivní hospodaření. Z 15 vybraných ukazatelů dosáhla společnost CENTRAL GROUP a.s. nejlepší výsledky v 11 ukazatelích. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to identify the most important development companies that construct new apartments and residential buildings in Prague and examine the position of CENTRAL GROUP a.s.. From the ten best companies, I chose four to do financial analysis on and calculated basic financial indicators.With this thesis I confirmed that CENTRAL GROUP a.s. is one of the best development companies not only on the basis of the number of flats sold, but also the basic indicators of financial analysis point to its good financial health and efficient management. Out of 15 selected indicators, the company CENTRAL GROUP a.s. achieved best results in 11 indicators. |
