| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu struktury členských základen všech Místních akčních skupin v České republice z pohledu identifikace míry zastoupení veřejného, respektive soukromého sektoru. Dále jsou analyzovány činnosti a postupy MAS. Cílem práce je verifikace hypotézy: Členské základny MAS v ČR stále fakticky tvoří především veřejný sektor a v porovnání s programovým obdobím 2007–2013 nedošlo k zásadní změně ve struktuře zastoupení klíčových aktérů rozvoje venkova. Z provedené analýzy vyplynula v současném programovém období 2014–2020 falzifikace hypotézy, jelikož průměrně v členských základnách MAS převažují zástupci soukromého sektoru. Dále jsou identifikovány krajské disparity z pohledu struktury členských základen MAS. Práce je obohacena o řízené rozhovory s 10 představiteli MAS. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis analyzes the structure of membership bases of all Local Action Groups (LAGs) in the Czech Republic, determining their public versus private sector ratio. Furthermore, activities and procedures of LAGs are analyzed. The aim of this paper is to verify the following hypothesis: “Public sector accounts for most of LAGs member bases in the Czech Republic. In comparison with the program term of 2007-2013, no significant modification of the structure can be observed amongst representatives of rural development." The outcome of this analysis provides evidence for falsification of the hypothesis for the current program term of 2014-2020, since, on average, public representatives are marginal in comparison with private representatives. The thesis also identifies region disparities from the point of view of LAGs membership bases and their structure. In addition to the analysis, the thesis contains moderated interviews with 10 representatives of LAGs. |
