| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na problematiku zelené ekonomie, konkrétně větrné energetiky. Cílem práce je prokázání, že spolupráce mezi vlastníkem elektrárny může vybrané obci přinést více pozitivních než negativních ekonomických přínosů, pokud je municipalita umístěna v jednom z největrnějších regionů České republiky. Dále potvrzuje hypotézu, že uvedená obec může každoročně a na základě vhodně uzavřeného smluvního vztahu čerpat dodatečné finanční prostředky do svého rozpočtu na základě finanční analýzy modelové větrné elektrárny (například při investici 10 % z obecního rozpočtu se navýší objem příjmů rozpočtu o 5,71 %, ale při investici 30 % už o 17,14 %). Autor vytváří reálný model větrné elektrárny a v závěru práce také prokazuje, že vhodně umístěná větrná elektrárna může dané municipalitě přinést více pozitivních (než negativních) ekonomických přínosů. Téma vychází z probíhající změny klimatu a společně s obnovitelnými zdroji energie a zelenou ekonomií je velmi aktuální, nejen v politických kruzích, ale v posledních letech i na úrovni regionální a dopadá i na určité procento populace České republiky. Teoretická část objasňuje teoretická východiska a pojmy včetně ekonomických teorií s vazbou na regionální rozvoj. Dále se autor zmiňuje o větrné energetice v České republice. Důležitý aspekt představuje metodika práce vztahující se k dané problematice, kde je podrobně popisován výběr lokality pro výstavbu větrné elektrárny a metoda finanční analýzy.Praktická část zahrnuje ekonomické zhodnocení větrné elektrárny finanční analýzou, ze které autor vyvozuje potvrzení hypotézy stanovené v cíli práce. Dále autor analyzuje socioekonomickou úroveň vybrané obce a v závěrečném bloku komparuje klady a zápory umístění větrné elektrárny v dané municipalitě. Na základě konzultace s odborníkem přes větrnou energetiku a podrobném popisu metody v teoretické části autor uvádí vybranou lokalitu a doplňuje ji přiloženými výstřižky mapových podkladů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of the green economy, specifically wind power engineering. The aim of the thesis is to demonstrate that cooperation among the power plant owner and selected municipality attains more positive than negative assets, in the case of the village's position in one of the windiest regions of the Czech Republic. Moreover, the paper will also confirm or discredit the hypothesis claiming that the selected village has the right to draw additional funds based on appropriately concluded contractual relationship and financial analysis of model wind power station (for example with investment of 10 % of revenues of municipal budgets the volume of budget revenue increases about 5,71 %, but with investment of 30 % already about 17,14 %). Author of the paper establishes the real model of the wind power station and claims towards the concluding part that this power station produces several economic benefits for the appointed municipality.The theme of the paper relates to the current climate change that is a highly discussed topic as well as renewable energy sources and green economy. These topics are not only discussed among political spheres but also on the regional level concerning a certain percentage of the Czech population in recent years.The theoretical part of the paper demonstrates the theoretical background and concepts, including economic theories related to regional development. The methodology on the issue with the detailed description of the chosen location for the construction of a wind power plant and the method of financial analysis presents a fundamental part of the paper.The practical part contains an economic evaluation of a wind power plant by financial analysis, from which the author derives confirmation of the hypothesis established in the aim of the paper. The paper also analyses the socio-economic level of the selected municipality and comparison of the pros and cons of locating a wind power plant in a chosen municipality. The author proposes the chosen locality based on consultation with the professional in the field and detailed method description in the theoretical part. |
