| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá charakteristikou základních škol a jejich zasazením do kontextu českého školství, jejich právní úpravou a jejich financováním. Rozlišuje tyto školy na soukromé a státní, uvádí jejich právní úpravu v oblasti účetnictví a auditu a zachycuje jejich odlišnosti v oblasti výkaznictví. Práce analyzuje hospodaření tří konkrétních škol, zastupujících státní i soukromý sektor. |

It distinguishes these schools from private and state, lists their accounting and auditing regulations and captures their differences in reporting. The thesis analyses the management of three specific schools, representing the state and private sectors. |
