| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je vyhodnocení efektů plynoucích z implementace business intelligence nástrojů, konkrétně nástroje MS Power BI, do reportingu. Vyhodnocení přínosů probíhalo pomocí kombinace kvalitativních a kvantitativních přístupů. Nejzásadnějším přínosem je celková průměrná časová úspora téměř 40 %. Zavedení MS Power BI do reportingu podniku má pozitivní dopad i na kvalitu informací. V práci formuluji několik oblastí, u kterých je možné současné řešení dále rozvíjet a přispět tak k ještě výraznějším přínosům. Nejproblematičtější oblastí je nízká flexibilita nástroje a tím pádem nutnost harmonizace reportů mezi odděleními. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this diploma thesis is to measure and evaluate benefits from implementation of MS Power BI into reporting. For evaluation were used qualitative and quantitative methods. The most important benefit is overall average time saving almost 40 %. Implementation had also significant impact on quality of information. In thesis, I specify multiple areas with possibility of improvements, which could further improve current benefits. The most problematic are is low flexibility of the tool connected with the need for harmonization of reports among departments. |
