| Abstract: | Cílem práce je sestavit podklad pro rozhodnutí o přeměně vybrané fyzické osoby na osobu právnickou, a to vkladem jejího obchodního závodu do nově založené společnosti s ručením omezeným, s obsáhnutím problematiky z právního, účetního a daňového hlediska. V první části práce bude teoreticky vymezeno zahájení podnikání fyzických a právnických osob, náležitosti vedení účetní a daňové evidence a souvislosti podnikání z pohledu daní z příjmů. Následně bude analyzována problematika vkladu rodinného závodu do obchodní korporace z právního, účetního a daňového hlediska. V další části práce budou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na konkrétním příkladu vybraného podnikatelské subjektu. V závěru budou shrnuty celkové poznatky a výsledky práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to prepare a basis for a decision of a selected self-employed person, concerning the transformation into a legal entity, by means of a deposit of their business into a newly established Limited Liability Company, covering the issues of the law, accounting and taxation. The first part of the thesis will define the difference between the start of business of a self-employed person and a legal person, including the related accounting and tax records obligations and the perspective of income taxes. Next, the issue of the deposit of a family business into a corporation will be analysed from legal, accounting and tax points of view. The theoretical knowledge will be then applied on the specific example of the selected subject. The overall outcome and results will be summarized in the conclusion of the thesis. |
